Giving at South Beach Church is simple and secure

There are several ways to give, tithe, or donate to South Beach Church.

1) ONLINE: For secure and simple Online Giving, click on the green RebelGive button in the bottom left of this page.

2) AT CHURCH: To give by check or cash at church, there are four locked, metal Offering boxes located around the sanctuary. Simply drop your offering in one of them. Tithe envelopes are also available. We do not pass offering bags during the service.

3) SNAIL MAIL: You can also mail personal checks or Bill Pay checks set up through your bank to South Beach Church, P.O. Box 950, Newport, OR, 97365.

What does "tithe" mean?

The Bible teaches that a guideline for giving is called the tithe (Leviticus 27:30). The term tithe in Hebrew means one tenth, or 10%.

What does "offering" mean?

An offering is a gift given to a specific need above and beyond our tithe.

What the Bible teaches

Giving acknowledges God as the giver of everything we have (James 1:17).

Giving reflects our trust that God will provide for us (Matthew 6:19-24).

Giving allows us to be active participants in God's work on earth (2 Corinthians 9:6-7).
